Andrew is a long time resident of northwest Lake County; residing in the area for the past 23 years. He is a graduate of Leesburg High School and Lake Sumter State College, where he was chosen to deliver the 54th commencement address, before transferring to UCF to study Political Science with a specialization in Intelligence and National Security.

An ardent public servant; Andrew always places the needs of his community at the forefront of all he does. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Florida Health Leesburg Hospital Foundation, and in October 2019, was appointed by the Lake County Board of County Commissioners to serve on the County’s Parks, Recreation, and Trails Advisory Board. In January 2020, Andrew was featured in Lake Sumter Style Magazine as one of the area’s 40 Under 40 Successful Young Professionals. Andrew is also a proponent of charitable works and outreach to the less fortunate, having worked closely with the vehicle donation program at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake.
